I'm someone who constantly loves a challenge. Founding CRC has provided with that in spades.
For me, the execution of the journey is every bit as important than the end result. It's super important to have goals to focus on, but the real satisfaction and fulfilment is gained from how we tackle and overcome the ups and downs along the way!
As I look forward for CRC, strong relationships are absolutely key to the type of firm we want to represent.
Being great accountants and tax advisors is a given - indeed many firms are great at the technical side of the job. But being able to communicate effectively with clients means we're all genuinely on the same page, allowing us to develop, learn and grow together.
I'm happy to take an unconventional approach to things, so long as it helps move the needle in the desired direction! (Just ask the team/our clients about that!)
Fundamentally, I want to make CRC an incredibly fulfiling place for everyone work at. A place where people get passionate about what they do, consistently deliver sh*t hot results to clients, and grow in more ways than they thought possible!

My focus very much remains on performance enhancement of businesses and teams.
Finding efficiencies, improving relationships and empowering our clients' teams, and finding clever ways to maximise commercial opportunities. This draws on my combined experience as a coach, accountant, and business owner. Always putting myself in the client's shoes, and ensuring the right results get achieved.
