I joined CRC in June 2025, excited to be part of a forward-thinking company with ambitious plans for growth. With over a decade of experience in operational leadership, I’ve spent my career building and developing high-performing teams, streamlining delivery, and helping businesses, and the people within them, reach their full potential.
Before CRC, I spent nearly nine years at a local technology company, where I developed and managed global product delivery and customer support teams. My focus was always on creating the conditions for others to thrive, whether that meant improving client satisfaction, driving efficiency, or fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

Outside of work, I’m a keen rower and a proud member of Orkney Rowing Club. I also love spending time with my young family, whether it’s cheering on my football-mad son from the sidelines or watching my daughter dance and cartwheel her way through the week.
