CRC’s person-first approach to business resonates with what I am most passionate about at work: client and colleague relationships.
After working closely with clients in both the Insurance and Recruitment Tech industries, I have learned that a positive relationship is crucial to being able to deliver bespoke solutions to help them build on what matters most to them. I take great satisfaction from helping a client with their workflow so that they can focus on what they enjoy, knowing that rest is taken care of.
This is where my role as a Trainee Accountant at CRC comes in. As each day goes by, I am learning more technical skills and knowledge that enables me to be of value to clients. I’m looking forward to developing here, at a company with an incredibly bright future.
Qualifications, Experience & Key Areas of Focus
- Account Manager at a local insurance broker – Working closely with Orkney farms and businesses to ensure that they have adequate insurance cover
- Account Manager in Recruitment Technology – Collaborated with recruitment companies to help them use software solutions that made hiring quicker and easier
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, Joanna; our baby, Glenn; and our Golden Retriever, Robyn. I also enjoy travelling, and spent some time in South America after leaving college
