Getting the right committee in place is crucial in order to steer a successful delivery of the Island Games in July 2023. Yes, the undertaking will be huge, but the rewards will be equally significant. It's very rare that we're given a chance to take part in such a large multi-sport event, never mind be part of the team responsible for making it happen!
A sports background isn't essential - the roles within the organising committee are wide and varied. The interim committee have listed the broad range of desired experience, knowledge and skills, as:

- Business/Project Management
- Procurement
- Marketing/PR
- Communication
- Strategic Planning
