So what exactly is The Million Pound Roadshow?

We’re lifting the lid - on the brand-new, three-week experience we’re bringing to businesses across Scotland.

We're kicking off in Inverness and Dundee, with further locations being announced in due course!

What is The Million Pound Roadshow?

It’s a new course from CRC, running over three consecutive weeks, aimed at helping like-minded business owners identify and unlock the hidden (and sometimes not-so-hidden) value from their business.

This isn't just fluff and theory. We’re talking practical tools, and real advisor input, to ensure you get the value in return for your attendance.

we're committing to generating £1m of returns for the attendees over the course of the full roadshow.

The Million Pound Roadshow is the latest part of our Create campaign - our commitment to helping businesses across the region grow, innovate and do things differently. Our Create campaign will see us generate £10m for businesses over the next 2 years!

This new roadshow feeds directly into our Create mission.

It ticks £1m off our campaign total, by giving business owners the tools, ideas and confidence to pinpoint value, seize opportunities, and lay the foundation for meaningful growth.

Who is the roadshow aimed at?

This is aimed at businesses turning over £500k to £2m, with a team of 5 or more employees and a real desire to identify and achieve value for their business.

Leaders who feel like there’s untapped potential in their business but need clarity on what to do with it.

And anyone who’s up for three weeks of being challenged, supported, and inspired to do something different.

Perhaps you’ve had a period of growth recently and want to understand how to manage and navigate your new business set up?

Why is it called the “Million Pound” Roadshow?

Because we're committing to generating £1m of returns for the attendees over the course of the full roadshow.

This isn't some one-hit-wonder seminar, where nobody can really measure the ROI. Our guidance and advice wont end when we get to the final day of the course, We're making a commitment to you, and all who attend, that we're with you until everyone's got their share of return on their investment.

Is this just another business course?

Nope - no death by powerpoint here! The sessions will be engaging, challenging, and definitely not boring. A solid combination of practical tools, challenging questions, and collective problem solving!

What will we be doing?

We're keeping some of the good stuff under wraps until you get in the room. But we can guarantee that you will:

  • Be working with a group of like-minded business owners.
  • Be encouraged and pushed to think bigger about certain aspects of your business.
  • Come away with a clearer sense of what’s possible - and how to get there.

That last piece is key!

What will the course consist of / what will I take away

We’ll cover the following with you over 3 weekly sessions:

  • Vision & Values – understanding exactly what you want from your business and why. If you’ve experienced business growth recently - or even if your business has stagnated - it's important that we take time to step back, and re-evaluate where you're going.
  • Identifying the gaps - once you know where you want to go, we need to assess where you currently are. Once we're aware of the gaps, we can start to understand what we're going to do about it!
  • Roadmapping the future - now we know where we're going. And we know what's currently not aligned with that. Now it's time to map out the plan of attack to ensure you and your team get things back on track, and move towards that longer term vision!

Whilst we're numbers-guys at heart, so much of any business comes down to the people. We'll be ensuring you're on top of your finances, and understand how these interact with the humans in the business.

When does it start and how much does it cost?

Inverness starts on Wednesday 21st May and will run for 3 consecutive Wednesdays. We'll be based at WASPS, Inverness Create Academy.

Dundee starts on Thursday 22nd May and will run for 3 consecutive Thursdays. This time we'll be at The Flour Mill.

The cost of investment is £1,200 plus VAT per business. There are only 12 places on the course for each location. So with our focus on generating £1m in combined value for all of the attendees - you're sure to get some solid ROI!
